Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had a very negative experience at this hotel, with the most common complaints being poor cleanliness, unhelpful or unavailable service, small or uncomfortable rooms, and serious safety concerns. Many reported issues such as dirty rooms, broken amenities, overbooking, and even arriving to find the hotel closed or converted into a shelter. Some guests also mentioned being charged without receiving a room, lack of proper security, and poor value for the price paid. Only a few reviews noted the location as a minor positive, but these were outweighed by the many negative aspects.

Pros (+) Close to airport
Cons (-) Sheets were never changed. Just re-made the bed and cleaned the room. Hair from the previous guests were all over the shower walls and floor AND sheets. I paid $230. Wish I could get my money back.
