Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with the service, citing slow check-in, unhelpful or unfriendly staff, and inconsistent treatment between locals and foreigners. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several reports of dirty rooms, bad odors, and pests like cockroaches. While a few guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff friendly, overall, the negative experiences with service and cleanliness overshadowed the positives.
