I loved this hotel everything was always available. And the staff was always friendly, and ready to help! I loved this hotel!
Typical bait and switch. Apparently we were told that every single room near or walking distance to the beach was not available. This was the case even though i booked six months ago. They literally put us in the last building on the property. The LAST building. It was even past the reception (or before if your coming off the street). It was like almost next to the street. This is ridiculous. When i spoke to Arnaldo, whom i was told was the manager (yet i saw no identification) he could offer nothing to help. No solution. No discount. No hope. My mother (who has never been to punta cana) is very upset. The hotel expects us to wait 10-15 to take a train to the beach (which is a 10 minute train ride away). If he really was the manager, he didn't solve anything. I am so disappointed at this experience. We are paying over $1,200 USD for 2 nights and this is what we are getting for it. Please avoid this hotel at all cost. If they actually act on it after i post this i will let you all know. Electricity went out on my last day. Some drinks were not included (therefore this was not all inclusive).

I loved the property, the room, the pool, the beach, the shows and the staff. I also like the privacy of the property and the beach. I liked that I was not bombarded with people selling or wanting to braid your hair, etc. which truly made it a very relaxing vacation for me. I would recommend this property to all!
I didn't like the food that much. I thought the beef and pork were very tough at most places on the property. The only place that served tender pork was the Asian restaurant (ribs). I also wished that there was more spanish food offered. I did not like that I could not have avocado or maduros being in the Dominican Republic.
