Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the railway station and city center, making it convenient for travel and exploring Pune. However, there are frequent complaints about the service, with several guests mentioning rude or unprofessional staff and poor handling of bookings. Cleanliness is another concern, as multiple reviews mention dirty rooms, lack of proper cleaning, and issues with pests. Noise levels, especially from the street, railway, or other guests, are also a common source of dissatisfaction. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and noise management.
