Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, noting that service across all departments is a major positive. Many reviews mention the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, though a few guests reported issues with insects or occasional lapses in housekeeping. The breakfast and dinner buffets are generally appreciated for their variety and quality, though some guests found the options repetitive or limited. The pool area is popular, especially for its size and atmosphere, but there were occasional concerns about supervision and the availability of sunbeds. Room size and comfort, particularly in apartment-style accommodations, are also frequently praised. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its welcoming atmosphere, amenities, and value for price, despite some isolated negative experiences.
