Pros (+) We enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Alemana. Mike, Irma and Tatiana made us feel at home. They are very helpful, recommended us restaurants and places to visit. Waking distance to the beach, restaurants, Rio Cuale, tours. We had dinner at the Hacienda Alemana Restaurant and it was great German food. Clean, warm pool, very relaxing.

Pros (+) This hotel is a gem. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and close to the beach, shopping, and entertainment. Mike and Irma were gracious hosts and made me feel very welcome. The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic and beautifully reflects the owners heritage and high-standards. A+

Pros (+) Friendly and caring staff, great location, great breakfast
Cons (-) Management could keep on eye on how well rooms are getting cleaned. Cleaning people put the coffee mugs back on the tray more than once without washing them.
