Great natural environment and close to Iguazu Park. The Argentinian side of the park is a terrific experience and the area of the hotel keeps with that vibe.
We had a situation where the front desk called to cancel our New Year's dinner reservation about 5min. before dinner because we hadn't paid! Nobody had asked us to pay in advance. The Argentinian staff were mostly alright but they can be very blunt and act like you are the problem. Also the hotel is in need of some renovations, especially room decor and the pool.

Great location, great facilities, swimming pool, excellent service of taxi, prices and recommendations from drivers. You feel like you are away and very relaxed in the jungle. Nice reception with small gym and table tennis. Will definitely recommend to family and friends if wanting to have a more relaxed stay.
Not enough staff for the restaurant, friendly and professional staff, but not enough personnel to attend the customers. Same at the swimming pool, good location, but not enough personnel for the demand of customer. Should be a vending machine for water and drinks.

The location in the middle of the jungle. Breaksfast great!
The rooms and bathroom need to be rebuild. No drinking water in the rooms. And they were far from Desk front. No good body towels. need to be changed!!
