Horrible experience waiting for my refund
Rated as a low end dirty motel not a 3 star. Hair on the pillows, blood in the sink. Door handles were gross everywhere.
Staff was lazy and completely rude and acted like was an inconvenience for them to have to do their job. After being locked out of my room due to their lack of information the night shift staff told me "there was no way for him to do anything that I was screwed because he couldn't break into the room" after pushing the issue he unwillingly called for assistance and after an hour and a half I was able to get back in my room
Go to Motel 6 and save some money
The morning staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They had good wifi.
We paid a little more to stay at the Clarion hotel when we stopped in Pueblo for the pool and comfort. Unfortunately the pool was closed which they did not mention until after we booked our room. The hotel was not clean the stairwell smelled like pee it was very unpleasant. The bed looked like it had been laid in before we got there. Overall the place just did not feel clean. They had a really old small TV. It just was way overpriced for a dark sort of scary and unclean place.
The staff were so unbelievably friendly. I've never felt more welcomed at a hotel... ever. Very clean room, very quiet for being right on the highway, comfortable beds, GREAT breakfast.
The a/c was not working in our room... at least not well. So it was pretty warm all night. But the staff were all very apologetic when I told them in the morning and promised to get maintenance right on it.
