First room was they gave me had dead cockroaches then I requested another room, there was cockroaches crawling on the walls and underneath of my sandals after shower when complaining again to the front desk, asking for maintenance, none was present and I was told that housekeeping will come and clean my room tomorrow which was not done, I had to move to another room again.

Pros (+) The morning staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. They had good wifi.
Cons (-) We paid a little more to stay at the Clarion hotel when we stopped in Pueblo for the pool and comfort. Unfortunately the pool was closed which they did not mention until after we booked our room. The hotel was not clean the stairwell smelled like pee it was very unpleasant. The bed looked like it had been laid in before we got there. Overall the place just did not feel clean. They had a really old...

Pros (+) The staff were so unbelievably friendly. I've never felt more welcomed at a hotel... ever. Very clean room, very quiet for being right on the highway, comfortable beds, GREAT breakfast.
Cons (-) The a/c was not working in our room... at least not well. So it was pretty warm all night. But the staff were all very apologetic when I told them in the morning and promised to get maintenance right on it.
