The King Jr Suite has two rooms with a very nice view of the bay and town from the balcony. We loved having our own top floor entrance from outside. It felt very private.
We really enjoyed our drinks on the upstairs deck. The waiter/bartender was excellent and generous with our drinks. We would have enjoyed more variety in appetizer and entree choices. Parking was a little challenging but we expected that and were informed ahead of time.
Location was great, easy access to the sea and beach. Manager was very nice.
Lack of parking, and more that finding the hotel was not easy as it is behind the restaurant and signage was not easy to see. Disappointed with the cleanliness of our shower and bathroom. The exhaust fan cover opened up and hung down, and the someone had unplugged it! The shower had not been cleaned properly.
The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. The exterior of the facility is nicely refurbished. Nice sitting area outside for breakfast.
We rented two rooms. One room had an issue that the heat was not working. A space heater was brought in, but the unit was not fixed during our two night stay. The side chairs in this room were very uncomfortable and the ceiling light was hanging at an angle. The other room had white painted floors with a shag type rug. Floors need to be sanded and get rid of the rug. The bathroom door in this room was impossible to lock and stuck everytime you closed it. Fiberglass shower had no grab bars and needs to be updated. Both rooms lacked any design or art work. We have stayed in a few other guest houses in P-Town and this place needs to bring the interiors up a notch to be in the same price range as the other sites.
Cosy and quiet room perfect for just me. Clean and comfortable and hosts were friendly and very helpful. Added bonus in this area is parking! They have their own dedicated spots which is very rare in Provincetown B&B’s. Will stay here again next time I am in Provincetown.
We loved the location and view of the bay.
The bed was a bit on the hard side which bothered both of our backs. I have back issues anyway but to hear my husband complaint about his back was surprising.
When you stay at The Waterford Inn in Provincetown, you'll be on the waterfront, a 3-minute drive from Pilgrim Monument and 5 minutes from Herring Cove Beach.
