Very nice garden which all rooms have the view to it, very cute cat in the property, and very good location.
Strong sewer smell, old equipment (fan, toilet, fridge, etc), in need of a lift in the room in general. Price a bit high for what it offers. Wall too thin in between rooms!!!!
