The garden has many citrus plants n well looked after , the view of the cliff from the building is beautiful.
The bathtub very slippery, had to ask for non slip mat, would be better with separate shower.

Location, staff were good, room was very clean, beautiful balcony and amazing views, restaurant for dinner was great, staff were helpful
Limited options for us for gluten free for breakfast although we notified them our food was in packets which was not appetising, no signs to indicate which of the other breakfast options were gluten free

Positano is heaven on earth and particularly so when staying at Hotel Palazzo Murat Beautiful accommodation and first class professional staff Breakfast in the courtyard each day is lovely with a comprehensive selection The Al Palazzo Resturant is Michelin class with an excellent wine last We have been a few times before and will certainly returns

Staff are wonderful. The manager was especially considerate to our needs.
Rain water leaked into our room but staff and the manager remediated the problem quickly and compensated us with a complimentary dinner at their restaurant.
