Cons: For the price tag, the food quality and variety is rather average. The hotel should focus on less variety and more quality. The beach in front of the hotel has a lot of rocks and may not be inviting to people who want a typical beach experience.

Pros: Breakfast, meh. The entertainment staff were very good. The rest of the food was meh. The hotel caters to mostly Portuguese-speaking guests. The child liked the kids club and actually stayed the whole day. The kid liked the wave ppol the best and we would have spent more time there if it wasn't for the uncomfortable chairs. Lots of hot water in showers.

Pros: The hotel is excellent, and the staff is always very kind and ready to help. The pools are amazing and, even I stayed there for five days. I think I couldn't use all them, because there are so many! The food is also great, and the menu changes every day.

Pros: It is the most family-oriented hotel I have ever seen. It has two swimming pools for kids with slides and equipment for them to play. There is a kids restaurant by the pool and activities all day long. In addition, there is a huge playground with indoor and outdoor areas. My son loved it! There are two other swimming pools for adults that are really nice and a slow river tour as well as direct to the beach.

Cons: I got food poisoning from the food and sat on the toilet for 24 hours. After that, I didn't go in the pool. The chairs around the wave pool were uncomfortable and more like Mayan sacrificial alters. The beds were hard.

Pros: The hotel is excellent, and the staff is always very kind and ready to help. The pools are amazing and, even I stayed there for five days. I think I couldn't use all them, because there are so many! The food is also great, and the menu changes every day.
Cons: The plastic cups used to serve drinks on the pool area could be reusable – thousands of them go to the trash every day. We had an awful experience with the special dinner at the Italian restaurant. Half of the table couldn't finish the meal – the gnocchi was terrible. I also saw other tables complaining about it.

Special thanks to Marcio that arranged all the beach umbrellas and chairs for the kids. (iii) The live music and activities for the kids. (iv) The hospitality of the reception staff (thanks for the stroller that really helped)

Pros: The location was really good. The hotel overlooked a very nice beach, close to a natural pool. The cleaning staff was certainly friendly.
Cons: The food was deficient, especially in terms of taste and variety of options. Beach service was not good. It was difficult to find an umbrella and chairs even you arrive early in the morning. There was not much entertainment in the resort and the quality was unsatisfactory. Thus, you might get bored in the evening and at night. The price was expensive compared to the services and quality the resort offers.

Cons: There are some improvements to be done: (i) greater care and variety of meals in the restaurant (they usually prepared the same type of fish and the meat was hard ) (ii) greater maintenance in the bathroom ( it was constantly leaking water from the shower throughout the bathroom). We had to compensate this requesting several carpets during our stay. (iii) Food Dimensioning : In general, the food replenishing was not as quick as the demand

Pros: Located on an exclusive private beach some 20 minutes away from the busy Porto de Galinhas center, the resort features all the perfect amenities to make your vacation the most relaxing yet. Staff go out of their way so you don’t have to lift a finger, dinners are buffet style with a diverse salad bar, there are private lounge chairs all around for a more luxurious tanning experience. There are also tropical parrots all around, they’re very tame and the perfect accessory to a picture. I visited Porto de Galinhas and immediately wanted to return to the tranquility of the hotel. The hotel is family friendly without losing its romantic feel. I cannot wait to come back!

Pros: The property was excellent, the food was top notch, the room itself was spacious and well lit. The view to the ocean, although I would consider it only a partial view, was very nice. The hammock was nice as well. The pool's are incredible as well as the natural pools that form during low tide at the beach right behind both restaurants. There's another coral formation behind the a la carte restaurant that you have to swim to and can stand on out in the water during low tide. They offer massages that I took advantage of, snorkeling and diving trips which I could not due to the weather. They also have a sushi chef normally at the property who was unfortunately there during my stay but I'm sure its delightful.

Cons: The resort has an oddly strict no outside food and beverage policy, which are ridiculous considering there’s no water in the gym and only water at breakfast, not dinner. There are also only shampoo, conditioner and small soaps available in rooms. For the price I’d expect more (I.e. shower cap, lotion, emergency sewing kit). It’s a little hard to get here for Uber’s so I’d recommend getting a transfer there and back (I used Luck transfer company) as soon as you get off your flight. The beach sand is really rough in some parts so watch your feet!

Cons: The rooms are a little older than they appear in the pictures. As mentioned previously I apparently picked the only 10 day span where the sushi chef was not present. The showers take around 5 minutes to heat up in the morning, obviously you can just work around it, its not that big of a deal.

Cons: Wifi was not working at the room. View was to the Parking Lot. Kitchen under the room was pretty loud. Personal not friendly. Food was not good at the Restaurant except the breakfeast wich one was sometimes not on time. No Informations in the room about prices of the Minibar or a contact number. No answer or care about the mentioned problems even we asked for the management wich one was not available. No safety devices like a smoke detector. No Beach towels. Can´t call it a resort.
