Pros (+) Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The loca...
Cons (-) Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.
