Great breakfast and view! Terrific location.
Staff forgot to replenish our room twice with towels, toilet paper and coffee. The bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. The hallways were dingy and the carpets were stained and needed a good cleaning.
Lobby area nice and rooftop
Rooms very small and dark no mirrors
The staff was very attentive and friendly and helped us a lot with questions. This was certainly the nicest hotel we had of the four we used in Portugal. And the breakfast was superb. We stayed in one night and ate in the cafe...not bad for what we had, and our hostess made good suggestions.
Good central location.
The square outside was very noisy all night, not the hotel's fault of course, but had to shut the windows, still quite loud.
Very basic and drab accommodation -not what is expected for Murcure. Room very dark and depressing, Lino on floor, no paintings or cushions to brighten the room. Air con wouldn’t cool, beds hard and lumpy. Small point I know but the toilet flush broke a finger nail every time you flushed. No room extras or luxuries whatsoever.
