Everything good breakfast polite and helpful staff close to everything
Great location, nice sized room and lounge area is large and beautiful. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was nice, good selection of fresh fruit, cakes, cheeses and breads.
Friendly Staff even though there was some confusion with the payment at the beginning. Plus a geat location opposite a lovely bakery that sells amazing pastel de nata!
My breakfast was nice, lovely cake but I didn't really like the eggs. Could have done with some uht milk in the room for the complimentary tea and coffee. Loved the idea of having a kitchen to cook in if we wanted but as we were only staying one night and eating out, it would have been nice to have an iron for my clothes.
The property itself was very clean and well presented, very comfortable, we had a balcony with table and chairs. Very comfy bed, kettle and tea making stuff, fridge tv with some English channels very nice shower. It was perfectly centrally located for all of the attractions in Porto, all within walking distance, (for us anyway) breakfast was lovely with different home made quiches and cakes every morning with a lovely selection of ham cheese bread fruit and cereal, something for everyone. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, we were given a quick guide to Porto when we arrived even though it was quite late, we were made to feel very welcome, a lot of stairs as in other reviews but we were aware of this and it didn’t really bother us, in fact it helped us burn off the ridiculous amount of good food we ate!! There is a very nice lounge to relax in opposite reception. All in all a very good place to stay for exploring Porto
Nothing really it was all good :-) the only down side would be the stairs if you aren’t very mobile. But it certainly didn’t affect our stay at all
The service (reception, breakfast etc.) was excellent, it it perfectly situated.
The bad was too soft for my taste and the walls between the rooms are two thin, you hear the neighbour walking.
