Guests consistently praised the breakfast selection, the pool area, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Many found the staff generally friendly and helpful, though a few negative experiences with individual staff members were reported. However, a common complaint was the small size of the rooms, which several guests found cramped and not up to four-star standards. Despite some minor service and amenity issues, most guests enjoyed their stay, highlighting the relaxing atmosphere and well-maintained facilities.
