The air/heater unit by the window was so loud I couldn’t sleep. I tried turning it up or down it just kept going. I really just wanted to turn it off but there was no way to turn it off. So it loudly kept going all night and I got zero sleep. Very frustrating I will not come back again.

Quick check in & check out. Great room. We were concerned about all of the Portland homeless/ violence news stories but hotel was in a great location near an outlet mall with several restaurants.,

Great location near airport and car rentals! Complementary breakfast was fine but dinner at the restaurant was great. Coffee and tea available in lobby at all times. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

Pros (+) The receptionist who signed us in - Dee - was very welcoming and understanding how travel can be tasking. She was handling many jobs and seemed to be the only one in duty, yet she was able to personalize our arrival and make the reception welcoming.
Cons (-) On a previous visit the worst I could mention was running it off fresh coffee in the lobby for a few minutes this time was flawless.

Pros (+) Everyone was absolutely professional & helped me out the best way possible. I will definitely stay here again. I appreciate Chaddy the most. She was the nicest person I’ve ever met.
Cons (-) I loved everything about the facility. No dislikes at all. I wished I could of stayed longer but next time I will do. Great location to, everything was close
