The advertising says It is a hotel& spa but the spa is independent and has several problems: no dressing rooms with private lockers and showers, no offering of robes, no chairs in the indoors swimming pool area, bad and inefficient service when booking any facial or body treatment/massage.

They have the nicest people working at the front desk; Bruno was superb in accommodating us. The hotel is vast and the rooms are comfortable. It's a short walking distance to a lovely shopping center.
It might be allergies but there was dust on the bed cover.
