I like how beautiful and cozy this Hotel is, the service was outstanding a big hug to the staff who looked after me when I was late for dinner and always a smile which brightened my day this will be the place to stay for my next visit in the near future.
The shower head was a little broken it wasn’t working properly I hope you can check and fix it it’s in room 211, a very beautiful room by the way :)

Breakfast was excellent. Comfy pillows and beds. Great location within walking distance of all the restaurants, Mercado, museums, cafes.
In room heating and air con was not the best.
