The location and staff were excellent. Room needed a little TLC to make them excellent. The Sauna was not hot only warm. Breakfast on first day EXCELLENT second day POOR VERY DISAPPOINTING Kippers overcooked poached eggs like bullets. Parking tight also should be including in cost of hotel NOT CHARGED ADDITIONALLY
Good standard of accomodation. Breakfast was excellent with stunning views over Plymouth in the morning from the top floor.
Parking was convenient but don’t take a large vehicle in there!
The location was perfect and the staff were very professional.
The car parking facilities are terrible. It took me over 25 minutes to get out of the underground car park and how I never damaged my car in the process I will never know. I ended up having to park my vehicle outside the hotel and continuously feed the parking meter. The amount of staff available at check in/check out was minimal and resulted in a long wait which turned into frustration. The number of bar staff to cater for our function was insufficient and resulted in a 15 minute wait to get served. Not good enough i'm afraid. All that said, the staff did provide a great service under difficult circumstances so well done to them!
The cost drinks and food too expensive
