I loved this resort. The food was excellent. The beach is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, with waterfalls and giant trees and lovely walking paths. I highly recommend staying there.

The location & setting is great. The staff we're great (tip the bartenders and cleaning staff for even better service ! ) Our shower was always hot (would have liked a colder water option actually). The food selection was great as well. Beach side waiter service would be an improvement for sure.

Cons (-) Cheap 2 star food service. If you don't ask for it you won't get it. This was my fifth visit to the Reef. Every year the overall food service has gotten progressively worse especially in the Italian Restaurant.
