Pros (+) Jorge Sanders Concierge gets a 5 star triple diamond rating. He made our entire trip. It was amazing because of Jorge Sanders concierge helped us so much and we wish we could repay him for everything he did for us.
Cons (-) Well we got 100 dollars stolen from us. It didnt come up in the investigation and they tried to make it up to us by giving us a spa credit. Which would have been amazing and totally rectified the situation. However the concierge manager was hard to get in touch with. And bu the time they offered us the spa credit we had 1 hour until we left back to the airport. So we were a little sad about how th...
