H10 Conquistador

Location.

I picked this hotel as I have stayed in another H10 hotel before. I wished that I had gone back to the other one, far better. I asked if we could change the room to a twin room with bath, they said they had none available, and that this was one of the better rooms. The shower was an over the head shower not to my liking, the shower tray area filled up, slow drainage. There was also a lot of water spray going onto the dry area of the bathroom you had to very careful so you didn’t slip. The lighting in the room was awful, we were there for nine days and still couldn’t work the system out. Our room overlooked the pool, nice view but very noisy at night .We went to the Cocktail bar twice and had to tell the barman twice that he had put the wrong Gin in the glass, we never used it again. When your paying for your drink you expect to get it right, I felt cheated.
