Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences, with many praising the pools, location, and some aspects of the service, such as friendly staff and upgrades. However, cleanliness and maintenance were frequently criticized, especially regarding rooms, bathrooms, and buffet areas. The food and breakfast received neutral feedback, with some variety but inconsistent quality. The pool areas and resort facilities were generally well-liked, though some found them crowded at times. Overall, while the hotel offers good amenities and a pleasant atmosphere, improvements in cleanliness and staff consistency are needed.
