Beautiful hotel, very clean. Friendly staff
My stay was 01/25:22 the attendant on duty was superior,courteous very helpful excellent service. I would stay there again because of him
Pros:The front-desk staff was uncommonly friendly and efficient. We stayed here unexpectedly, as our flight was cancelled and had to be rebooked on a flight the next day. Our stay here made up for the inconvenience and indignities of that experience. The room was super-comfy and the meal we enjoyed at the hotel restaurant was wonderful. In short, we felt cosseted—our stay could not have been better.
Cons:Not a single thing. Everything about this stay was superior.
Pros:Rooms are nice and amenities on site are good
Cons:Keys to room always stop werking after 1 day, do not provide tea bags in room, food service was slow, steak was very undercooked and i was not refunded. Not a great experience
Pros:Great place to stay if your flight is cancelled or delayed! Room was clean with a nice view. Great bar with a yummy breakfast.
Cons:Elevators were slow due to large guest volume.
Pros:Nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Being connected to the airport was super convenient and quick for departure.
Cons:We had a car rental and they don’t validate parking. $14 a night and a few bucks a day is a bit excessive.
Pros:It's very convenient, if you have early flight in the morning. You can just walk to the airport terminal.
Cons:Climate control awkward, minimal bedspread. Pool and sauna area not clean.
Pros:Convenient and accommodating . So much easier when you have an early morning flight!

Cons:Requested toilet papers and towells at 9am and didn't bother to deliver to room and finally we used the same wet towels and checked out at 12pm
