Staff was friendly.
My room smelled as though someone had cooked a meal in it. Staff was kind enough to show me an alternative room, but frankly it smelled of soiled socks. Place is fine, but they need to work on odor issues.

Hallways were in need of vacuuming. The room was not as clean as I am used to when staying at a Holiday Inn. The floor and carpet were gross and sticky. The room was muggy and smelled like a wet dog. The bathroom needed a better scrubbing. There was something that looked like blood on the outside of the bath tub. A thorough scrubbing needed done of corners and edges.
