Pros (+) The desk person was extremely helpful, offering us a parking permit the minute we arrived, and helping us with phone calls.Location was incredible. The garden was lovely. Room was ready even though we arrived three hours early. Bathroom was very recently renovated. The outdoor spa was an added luxury. And the price was very reasonable.
Cons (-) The outdoor spa was not heated. This was surprising, as we had never seen a cold hottub anywhere before, but because it was a hot day, it was surprisingly refreshing, and we stayed in the water for about an hour, once we eased in.
