Parking garage and elevator were very convenient.
Hard to find luggage carts. Shower didn't work right.
i have no idea. i have no idea how kayak got involved but the confirmation came through as hotel.com for 454.00. this booking was for my daughter and her husband for their anniversary. luckily i called the resort the next day to make sure they would be able to check in since it was under my name and not theirs. well they had nothing in reserved! no rooms available. sooo.. i called hotels.com and they were great in correcting the problem and helped me get an even nicer resort and paid the difference. i will never use kayak again. i will directly call book straight thru to hotel.com next time so this never happens again. so glad i called ahead.
dont know...didn't get to go!!!
The Smoky Mountains are full of natural splendor and they are home to one of America’s most visited nature preserves. Situated a short drive away from the Gaitlinburg entrance to that famed national park, the RiverStone Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway.
Every room at the 136-unit hotel is a condominium unit, ranging from between one to four bedrooms. All of the condos at the resort feature a balcony overlooking the on-site golf course or river, a washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space. Stainless steel kitchen appliances will make the cooks feel like they are cooking in a gourmet kitchen. For guests who are looking for a stay on the rustic side, the resort also offers a separate log cabin rental.
The resort offers plenty of activity options, including an indoor pool, an outdoor lazy river, a playground, and a BBQ area. However, the surrounding area is full of fantastic recreational opportunities as well. Dollywood, for example, is just over one mile from the resort. On a similar note, Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction is just a half-mile for guests, making it walkable. The resort is located on the Riverwalk, making the search for fantastic dining options easy for guests.
One of the highlights of the resort is the full-service spa. Massage, facial, and nail treatments, are just a small sample of the relaxation options available at the resort.
With the condo style units, the RiverStone Resort & Spa is a relaxing home away from home.
