Pick-up truck

KAYAK
The AVIS in Picton provided the truck we expected given our reservation via Kayak even after the central booking customer service POC told us we would not be getting a truck. The staff in which I interacted were helpful and friendly. The truck was super clean and ran perfectly. One of the best car rental experiences we've ever had.

Pick up in Picton was very disappointing. No service that met the InterIsland ferry schedule. We were not provided a service on the day and time for a rental pickup Very poor service not accomodating. Never heard or experienced a rental car depot that does not provide the vehicle key collection or wait in their office for their client. Very disappointed
