Toilet flushes did not work, Shower worked together with regular shower and facet runs,
Atmosphere was awesome
The weather, it rained during our stay
The staff was amazingly helpful. The location was great!
The room wasn't cleaned the best. My wife had me go get Lysol wipes to wipe down our room.

Very comfortable and accommodating
Went for a 30th reunion. Great facilities, polite and helpful staff, lots of pools, spacious rooms. Many conveniences. Even great food at the pool and room service. Excellent value. (We stayed the last weekend in September and got a special rate by shopping it in advance.)
A place this big could use a bit more food options. Maybe a bigger menu for room service and pool restaurant. But the food was excellent, so the request for more of it is a compliment!
Everything ! the staff was awesome the view from our room was spectacular
Leaving ! Had a wonderful weekend there will go again
Awesome staff
Location and staff
Hotel is a bit dated
as we frequent several valley hotels, we especially loved the adult pool area....................
our room had absolutely no view front or back
Close to family.
The resort is tired and it shows.
Horrible
My girlfriend and I stayed here for the fourth of July weekend. I will never stay here again ever. The room was dated. The room looked like a road side motel. The pictures and smoke dectors were falling off the wall. The refrigerator door had a hole like some one kicked it. I went to four different ice machines four different times and not one of them worked. I had to drive to the store it was very inconvenient. For the amount we paid for each nigh it was not worth it. We didn't even go to the water park portion of the resort because we were so disappointed with our room
Nice room nice pools
I stayed on a Monday until Wednesday and it wasn't very busy at all. I was put in the farthest room from the main pool so it wasn't walking distance, did receive shuttle service but would of been nicer to be closer.
Nothingeverything
Quiet retreat. Comfortable suite.
Convenience and value for money in a high class operation
No
Stayed in the Presidential Suite which was absolutley amazing. There was more then enough room for two poeple and the rooms were very nicely decorated. Not mention, we were within 20 ft of a pool and fitness room and had no issues with parking the entire trip.
It was quiet and serene...not very crowded.
We stayed in a Presidential suite and had a lot of nice room to visit with my son and family. (big living room and large dining table and chairs, bath and a half, large master suite with balcony and bar area). The kids enjoyed the pools and water facilities. The facility is older, but is kept in good shape... Off season pricing was great!
There was a small frig. in the bar area that was filled with hotel snacks that were very expensive. There was no microwave.
the pools
out of the way....
Everyone was really friendly. The hotel was clean and offered all the amenities we desired (golf, swiming for both kids and family). An area to allow the family to gather and talk.
we were billed incorrectly for our room. We were billed at $211.65/night which was higher than the rate on the booking.com confirmation. I have sent an email to the Pointe Hilton to ask them to review our bill vs a copy of your booking confirmation email.
The Cliffside Resort was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city. We especially like the hiking trail at the top of the resort which had a panoramic view of the city. The patio view was also very nice.
I did not like the fact that we had to worry about extra charges that were added on. We paid over $100.00 extra than we originally anticipated. It makes the experience less pleasurable. The cleaning staff tended to be slow about cleaning the rooms and left stuff laying around.
