Well, building needs demolishing and redoing, area we stayed in we discovered today is a drug deal, prostitution and shootings area so it’s a well known criminal area, do not visit, only enter north of Phoenix if you plan to head down Phoenix
The rooms were dirty, it seemed like they murdered someone inside the room
We did not stay.
There were hookers and gangs outside the building. We did not feel safe. We did not stay.
The location was great, right near the airport. At check-in the service was good and friendly. The wifi was very fast compared to the other places that we stayed.
The room smelled bad despite our attempt to air it out a little by opening the window. The bed was not clean. There were holes in and stains on the sheets. There were bugs in the room. The bathroom appeared clean but the shower curtain was old and dirty with dirt, hair, etc. There were large, visible stains on the carpet which appeared to be from some type of liquid.
The WORST hotel I've ever seen
It was absolutely disgusting, stains and burn holes everywhere, broken fixtures and doors, torn and tattered bedding, ROACHES, an extremely sketchy neighborhood. I arrived and inspected the room and immediately checked out!!!
Did not clean our room for the second night
Did not clean our room for the second night. We expected a mandatory room service for the second night...
