Everyone was very helpful in the check in process amd we were able to check in early.
Stayed here many times before and parking was free. They now charge a daily parking fee which just feels like another way to overcharge. Isnt that what the resort fee is for??
Security at pool on Thursday evening very rude! Told us pool closed at 10pm, and we told him would be leaving as soon as we were finished smoking our cigarette. The security told me, “ I don’t want to have to come back in 30 minutes and kick you guys out”. Very rude!
Beautiful, friendly staff, wonderful pool and lazy river area.
The restaurants, specifically the Stone Grill was very slow and the service at the restaurant could have been better, more attentive.
Great customer service
Good music at night, a band!
Everything was amazing!!! Especially the pina coladas.
Horrible service at Stonegrill. Had to send out food back 2 times and it still wasn't right. Everything else was amazing!!!
There are few things more enjoyable and relaxing than heading to a resort to get a spa treatment or to play golf. These activities are a great way to escape the daily grind and rejuvenate not just your spirit but your body as well. When it comes to getting the best treatment at a resort, the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa goes out of their way to meet even the highest of expectations.
When looking at the quality of a resort and spa, the AAA four-diamond award is a great indicator of quality. At the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, the goal is giving comprehensive spa services including massages, facials, and other types of therapy. For duffers, the "links therapy" of getting out on the golf course is ideal. With a fun and challenging course, it is easy to enjoy a relaxing time out at a championship level golf course.
Luxury is the name of the game, and with well-appointed rooms, you can be assured that you’ll get rest in great comfort. The plush beds and other furnishings are warm and inviting. You’ll feel comfortable, just as you would at your home and that’s what the rooms are designed for. The view of the desert, golf course, and other natural wonders are amazing from your room's window.
Dining at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa is incredible as well. Enjoy excellent meals at Stonegrill, Twenty6, Meritage, Revive Spa Bistro, Just a Splash Bar & Grill, and Roy’s Pacific Rim.
