Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning proximity to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Some guests found their rooms to be spacious and clean, and a few staff members were noted as friendly or helpful. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, service quality, and maintenance, including dirty rooms, unresponsive management, plumbing problems, and inconsistent housekeeping. Complaints about breakfast not being included or being charged incorrectly were also common. Overall, while the location and some room aspects were appreciated, service and cleanliness need improvement.

Cons (-) I expected a nicer hotel for a Four Points Sheraton
4.2
Mediocre
Anonymous, Nov 2016
Pros (+) Staff was for the most part efficient. Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) Reported that TV wasn't working properly and was never fixed. Common areas were shabby and not well maintained. Pool was very small and was inundated with children from a birthday party who were behaving wildly with no one from the hotel addressing the issue. No room safe.
