Staff silenced the hall music at night when requested, housekeeping of room was offered at night as well as the morning, staff were polite throughout and smiled lots, there was plenty of food for breakfast and it was evenly represented to match their guest demographics, I was upgraded at check-in in low season, the pool was big and you could see staff watching out for children in the area especially when parents weren't paying attention.
No beach, just steps to sea, rooms need some small maintence such as some power points don't work, shower curtain needs a wipe over. It's a huge step into the shower without any handle so if I was old it's be a nightmare to deal with. The bikes for free hire probably shouldn't be given out to ridden, they are not maintained at all, but look cute in the lobby.
