Pros: We loved the location of the hotel. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and had what we needed. The manager was very pleasant as well and obviously hard working.
Cons: We had a room that didn't have a window in the front (just one smaller one looking out at the back alley) so we didn't get to enjoy any type of view while in the room. It was unfortunate as the weather was amazing while we were there and we would have liked to have been able to look out at the lake. There were chairs out front that we could have sat on but it was the weekend so there was quite a bit of noise from a couple rooms beneath us.

Cons: My husband is deaf and uses the caption on the TV this place had an older TV without close captioning. There was only 2 paper cups for coffee with only 1 pack of coffee good for that day 2 plastic glasses for water. There was 1 little pack of shampoo 1 little pack of conditioner if 2 people wanted to wash their hair there was only enough for 1. I tried calling the desk for more coffee for the morning but only got a message saying to leave a message. When we arrived our unit was at the end a car was parked partially on the road and in our space. The men sitting on the porch thought it was funny and did not offer to move the car. We parked on the side of the building and carried our suitcases and boxes to the room. My husband has problems with his feet and is 77 years old. some people are thoughtless. The staff seen the car and should have told them to move it.

Cons: We requested a room for a handicapped person. I am not totally handicapped so I managed. A seriously handicapped person could be seriously endangered in this room. The only leverage bars in this room are on one side of the toilet. Bars or a pole on both sides would be much more helpful to a handicapped person. Said toilet is at the right height for a child - difficult for hp to get down to without splatting and almost impossible to get off without help. There is absolutely no assistance hardware of any kind in the bath/shower. This makes getting in and out safely iffy even for a fit person and quite perilous for the hp. A seriously hp would probably just have to go dirty. And, on a smaller scale, I would really have expected decent, good quality toilet paper rather than the thin, shredding, and dissolving stuff you supply. For $200 a night you could surely upgrade the darned toilet paper. So, your staff was very pleasant but I found your facilities woefully inadequate and unsuitable for the handicapped. I had thought we just had bad luck and maybe your regular hp rooms were full, but on checkout we were informed that we had the only handicapped room. Really?? If true, that is bad with capitals. If asked in general about your hotel, I would say that it was OK but I expected a lot more for $200 a night. That is not a bargain basement price but that is pretty well what we got - and, do not go there if you are handicapped.

Pros: Booked a month in advance,a few days prior I emailed to see if I could check in early,no response,emailed again still no response,(most hotels are accommodating ) so I arrive at 2pm after a very long drive,I’m greeted by 2 ladies that seem cranky and not happy to be there at all! I’m told check in is at 4pm ,I mentioned the emails and requested early check in they said nope that’s our policy .... sigh ok I go sit at the beach for couple hours arrive back at 4 They ask for credit card ,I said ok how much are you taking off? The Room fee plus a $300 deposit (this is more then my 2 day stay) I have never paid such a high deposit even at 5star hotels They said if I don’t like it I can go elsewhere ! WOW ok.... I said the customer service here is absolutely horrible! She was shocked when I said yes I will look elsewhere ! I went next door to Tiki Shores greater by a very friendly receptionist ,check in was super easy,only the amount of my stay was taken off the credit card Great room,and perfect location ,I highly suggest Tiki Shores I would not even recommend my Dog to stay at Shoreline with the cranky staff

Cons: Non-smoking room was smoked in prior to our stay.Visible water stains all over ceiling, dirt on floors, old carpet that has not been cleaned probably in years and visibly stained and filthy, Bathroom sink was backing up with sewage water entire stay and maintenance couldn't fix it.Large spit mark rolling down bathroom wall and possible mold smell. Long black human hairs on clean towels, key didn't work properly in the door and door frame was cracked likely from it being kicked in posing a security issue. Couple aggressively fighting in upper suite from 3 am on wards. Staff were nice but unable to resolve any of the issues do to poor maintenance by property owner. A $30 cleaning refund was offered and accepted as we just wanted to pack up and leave. I believe we should have at least been given one free night due to the sewage issue but clearly they are used to these types of complaints and would be out of business if they refunded everyone. I took video of the damage as evidence. This is not suitable for families and houses people full time in the off season.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that we had no toilet paper, try to call the main desk at the phone wasn’t working. walk down to the main desk to tell them in person and I was told to go back to my room and wait someone would bring me some, look like someone has footprints all over the sheets. in the final morning I couldn’t take a shower because they had plumbing problems and the bathroom floor was flooded so we had to just pack our stuff and leave right away I asked the manager what was going on they said well we had to 22 rooms to clean and we’ve called a plumber that was an expensive $400 charge for two nights stay when I would’ve been better off in the campground.at least you get what you pay for and it’s a lot less.

Cons: Ridiculously loud AC, thin floored, ugly interior. Pictures make the place look nice but it is dated and old.

Pros: The location was close to the coyote cruises for tubing - the main purpose of our visit
Cons: Not very clean, there was only one staff the front counter most of the time, hallways and main lobby needed to be cleaned all three days they were dirty, at the side door exit the handle to open the door was loose, and felt like it was going to break, outside of our rooms on the first floor there were three carts parked in the hallway day and night
