Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Beto Carrero Park, making it very convenient for families and visitors. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentive service. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting well-maintained rooms and daily housekeeping. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as noise, small room sizes, and maintenance needs in bathrooms. Breakfast was considered adequate but could benefit from more variety. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with location and service standing out as highlights.
