Cons:Wenda..... We had the worst time getting to Gili Air. Our van was very late. We called Wenda to confirm our van and she said it was here so we took the next van that pulled up to our hotel. He claimed to be from 7seas. Wenda failed to tell us what company she uses so we believed him when he said he was the 7seas driver. He picked us up and then realized we weren't the right people half way to the port and tried to leave us by a chicken farm. We refused and went along with this company. He made us pay him extra to get to Gili Air. The boat ride was horrendous and scary. Wenda refused to refund us our ticket to the island even though the real driver was a hour and a half late. On the way back even though we were supposed to be dropped off at our hotel in Ubud (correct company this time) the driver dropped us off 3 miles away from our hotel on a busy street. Wenda was passive aggressive as well..... The rooms also don't have blankets. You have to use a sheet for a blanket.
