Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Beach Road and Walking Street, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms. Many also appreciated the unique design and helpful staff, though experiences with service were mixed. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, noise from nearby clubs, and maintenance problems. Some were dissatisfied with room allocation, unclear policies, and value for price. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and room size, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise control, and consistency of service.
