Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it convenient for solo travelers and groups. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor value for money. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating helpful staff while others report rudeness or unprofessionalism. The atmosphere is also criticized due to noise, safety concerns, and an unwelcoming environment for families. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, value, and atmosphere are needed.
