Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's central location and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with multiple reports of cockroaches and dirty rooms. The pool arrangement was inconvenient for many, as it was located in a different building. Noise levels were also an issue for some guests, especially those sensitive to sound. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and amenities.
