Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's pool and convenient location, especially for families with children, noting the variety of activities and facilities available. However, many reviews express disappointment with the service, citing slow check-in, unresponsive staff, and poor follow-up on guest requests. Cleanliness is also a concern for several guests, who mention issues in rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it subpar for the hotel's category. Overall, while the hotel is appreciated for its amenities and kid-friendly environment, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
