Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, especially individuals like Johnny, and found the rooms to be spacious, well-equipped, and suitable for families or groups. Several reviews mentioned good value for money and convenient amenities such as kitchen facilities and pools. However, there were also concerns about cleanliness, with some guests reporting issues like insects, old furniture, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The location was seen as both a positive and a negative, with some appreciating the quiet surroundings and proximity to attractions, while others found it a bit far from the beach or main areas. Despite some drawbacks, the positive service and room features stood out for many guests.
