Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with the hotel, citing poor service, unhelpful or rude staff, slow responses, and excessive charges for basic amenities. Cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reports of unclean rooms and outdated facilities. While the location and views were praised by some, many felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid. A few guests highlighted friendly staff members, particularly Sky, but overall, negative experiences outweighed the positives.
