Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location with stunning views, and the quality of breakfast. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with many noting clean and comfortable rooms, though a few mentioned occasional issues like odors or lack of deep cleaning. The pool area was a highlight for many, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great views. Some negative feedback focused on dated decor, maintenance issues, and the steep hill to access the hotel, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Overall, the positives such as service, views, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.
