Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviews highlighting the spaciousness and cleanliness of some rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern for others, with reports of dirty linens, pests, and maintenance issues. The location received both positive and negative feedback, with some guests finding it convenient and others feeling unsafe or dissatisfied. Bed comfort was also a recurring issue, with multiple guests mentioning hard or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while service and room size were often positively noted, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
