Cons (-) - Unreliable electrical devices + Poor, sporadic cable-TV reception + Broken coffee maker + Inoperable USB port - Bathroom + No anti-sliding 'skids on shower floor + Interior all sharp glass and granite edges + With a drop of water, the floor was Teflon-like + Height of basin apparently design for persons of an average height of 5 feet or less
