Great views great beach access. Room did not have any plates, utensils, cups, mugs, or any kind of kitchen cleaning supplies to go with the kitchen.

Pros (+) Very clean room. Some could complain about the size but it was fine for me. Friendly staff as well.
Cons (-) A lot of street noise but the hotel is located on the main strip, so you should know what you're getting into.

Pros (+) Can't beat the location. It is a matter of time before someone with money buys this location and remodels this place with a bulldozer.
Cons (-) Think chainsaw motel scene in the movie Scarface. I read the reviews (Hint #1) and had concerns but also read the managers responses that said the place was in the middle of renovation and under new management so I figured I'd give it a try. Cons (-) Room service came late in the afternoon when we were back in the room. Very inconvenient when the entire family is getting ready to go out.
