i requested a mattress topper on the first day of my 9 night stay to turn the twin beds into one bed, this never happened, I chased up twice and again this didn't happen. that is my only complaint

I loved the hotel it is exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately the three rooms I booked for the family were on the side where all the deliveries constantly happen. I also didn’t realise that the area was so built up. We all had a lovely time.
Just explain the area where you room is situated. I realise prices may be different.
