Lively Mallorca - Adults Only

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was not bad, buffet selection with either hot or cold food, tea, toast, coffee etc.

Staff were not friendly, pictures on their advert were nothing like the accommodation. Apt was cramped with 3 single beds pushed together. Bathroom and shower were dirty. Bed clothes weren't changed once during our stay. There were no cups, bowls, plates or utensils. Lively is also not the case. Bar closed early and security were banging on our door at 11.30pm to keep noise down although we didn't even have music on.

The location was good, central to most things, across the road from the beach and only a 10 minute walk into magaluf

Where do I start, rooms very basic which is what was expected, however they were not very clean, and house keeping would only make 1 of the 3 beds in the room. Bathroom ceiling had a hole/gap in it over the shower. We were charged €50 euro and were told we had to pay it or we would be removed from the hotel (very threatening, and left us feeling very vulnerable) due to the behaviour of other and previous guests throughout the season. Breakfast was disappointing, for example they ran out of butter for the toast and there were issues with the drinks dispenser.
