Pros (+) The staff were friendly enough. I arrived early and was allowed to check in a few hours before the usual 3pm check-in time. The place felt safe and secure - coded gates kept out anyone who wasn't a registered guest. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well to keep the room at a good temperature. The room came with a kitchenette - microwave, fridge, sink. The pool was clean and refreshing.
Cons (-) During my 10 minute morning shower, the water bounced from hot to freezing 20 times without warning. The shower didn't smell clean - small standing stall shower in an unventilated bathroom. As others had mentioned, the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals when I checked in: Fabuloso and bleach. It is an older building on a main highway and there is noise.
